All team leaders and key staff are trained in first aid and emergency response procedures, ensuring immediate and appropriate care when required.

Optimal Staff-to-Student Ratios

We maintain high staff-to-student ratios to ensure close supervision, individual attention, and a high level of care throughout all activities.

Comprehensive emergency procedures are in place, including medical response, weather management, and evacuation planning. Our team is fully prepared to respond quickly and effectively in any situation.

Insurance Coverage

All participants are covered by accident insurance during camp activities, providing additional peace of mind for schools and parents.

Pre-Approved Venues & Partner Standards

All venues are carefully selected and inspected in advance to meet our safety, accommodation, and activity standards. We work with trusted hotel and resort partners. Their teams are trained in rapid first aid response and emergency procedures, ensuring that support is always available on-site alongside PTP staff.

Safe Transportation with Police Escort

For all packaged camps, transportation is fully managed and includes a police escort from the point of departure to the camp venue and return—ensuring a safe, secure, and well-coordinated journey for all students.

Staff Code of Conduct & Training

All PTP staff complete a full orientation and safety briefing before every programme and are required to sign a strict Code of Conduct.
